Create a Developer Account in Google Play Store

To create an account you'll need to pay a one-off $25 registration fee.

Open Google Play Console

Fill in all required information and click Create account and pay

You will be redirected to the payment page. Enter your payment card information and complete the purchase.

Add details to your developer profile and complete the registration.
